AinFad is operated by Suzhou Pinzheng Textile & Garment Co., Ltd. For help with the store or an order, contact jason@ainfad.vip.

Ordering

Choose your colour, size and quantity, provide your delivery address and review the order total. Availability and the final total are confirmed at checkout. An order number identifies your order and should be quoted when contacting us.

Your account

Keep your login details private and your delivery details accurate. You can manage saved addresses and delete your account in Account. Contact support if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Product information

We aim to display product details and colours accurately. Screen settings can affect appearance. Check the available colour and size options before placing an order. Contact jason@ainfad.vip if you need help choosing a size or understanding a product description.

Delivery and after-sales

The Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Payment Policy and Customs & Duties pages explain the rules that apply to your order. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
