Where we deliver

We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Please provide a complete street address and the correct postcode for your destination.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery costs US$8. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$100 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Your delivery charge and final total are shown before you confirm payment.

Order processing

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you with the updated timing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs checks, remote locations and seasonal demand may affect delivery times.
