Returns & Refunds

30-day return requests
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Keep the original packaging where possible.
Start a return
Open your order and select Request a return, or contact jason@ainfad.vip with your order number and reason. We respond to cancellation and return requests within 2 business days. Wait for approval and the authorised return address before sending any item.
Return delivery
For a change of mind or fit, the customer is responsible for return delivery charges. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can arrange the next steps. Keep your proof of postage.
Cancellations and refunds
Before dispatch, use Request cancellation in your order details. After delivery, use the return process. A submitted request does not itself cancel an order or approve a refund. We initiate an approved cancellation refund within 5 business days of approval, or an approved return refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under local consumer law.
