Order help
Open Me → My Orders for confirmed orders, delivery updates and cancellation or return requests. If a payment result is unclear, use Check payment status in checkout before paying again; contact us with your checkout reference if the result cannot be recovered.
Delivery and returns
Standard delivery costs US$8. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$100 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Your delivery charge and final total are shown before you confirm payment. We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you with the updated timing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs checks, remote locations and seasonal demand may affect delivery times.
After-sales requests
Open your order and select Request a return, or contact jason@ainfad.vip with your order number and reason. We respond to cancellation and return requests within 2 business days. Wait for approval and the authorised return address before sending any item. Before dispatch, use Request cancellation in your order details. After delivery, use the return process. A submitted request does not itself cancel an order or approve a refund. We initiate an approved cancellation refund within 5 business days of approval, or an approved return refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under local consumer law.
