Import charges

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination authorities or carrier. These charges are not included in the order total unless expressly shown at checkout and are payable by the recipient.

Customs clearance

Please respond promptly to any request from the carrier or customs authority. Customs processing may affect delivery time. We cannot guarantee that an order will be exempt from import charges.
